Invitation-based support
If you have an invitation, use the private channel through which it was provided. There is no public personal email address, contact form or emergency support service. Without an invitation, these pages do not grant installation or execution access.
Before connecting anything
Confirm the supported evaluation scope with your invitation contact. Do not supply live billing credentials, confidential customer data or payment information through this website. A completed privacy notice for external use is still under data-flow review; external data onboarding is not announced here.
Report a problem safely
Share the product version, a fixed status or reason code, and the step involved. Do not send keys, tokens, customer records, unredacted logs or raw Stripe or Atlassian responses. Report security concerns privately and pause the evaluation while scope is clarified.
Evaluation boundaries
No SLA or response-time commitment is offered. Read the Evaluation Terms. This product’s data handling must not be inferred from ARV’s separate Privacy Policy.
